1. Introduction Career Agents LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality reverse recruiting services. This Refund Policy applies only to Reverse Recruiting Packages and does not extend to other services, such as career coaching or consulting.
Upon purchasing a Reverse Recruiting Package, clients will receive a Service Agreement outlining the exact refund policy details. The information provided here serves as a general guideline, but the terms in the Service Agreement will govern the refund process.
By purchasing a Reverse Recruiting Package, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The client has purchased the “Job Offer Guaranteed Reverse Recruiter” package.
- If the client does not receive a job offer within six (6) months from the effective date of service commencement, they may be eligible for a refund.
- The following portion of the service is non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Resume creation
- Cover letter customization
- LinkedIn profile optimization
These services are considered completed upon delivery and are not eligible for refunds. The remaining portion of the package may be eligible for a refund if the conditions are met.
3. Client Responsibilities To remain eligible for a refund under this policy, the client must:
- Fully cooperate with Career Agents LLC in the job search process.
- Engage in all pre-interview training and follow the provider’s recommended strategies.
- Respond to job application updates and interview requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure their resume, LinkedIn profile, and other job application materials remain accurate and updated.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in disqualification from the refund guarantee.
4. Refund Request Process To request a refund under this policy, the client must:
- Submit a written refund request to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request – Reverse Recruiting Package”.
- Provide supporting documentation, including:
- Proof of application submissions via our interactive job application dashboard.
- Evidence of participation in pre-interview training sessions.
- Confirmation that no job offer was received within the six-month period.
- Allow up to 30 days for the request to be reviewed and processed.
If the refund request is approved, Career Agents LLC will process the refund via the original payment method within 15 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Services The following services are not covered under this refund policy and are strictly non-refundable:
- Career coaching sessions
- One-on-one career consultations
- Resume writing or LinkedIn profile optimization purchased separately
- Any additional services outside of the Reverse Recruiting Package
6. Exceptions & Disputes Career Agents LLC reserves the right to deny a refund request if:
- The client did not actively participate in the job search process.
- The client withdrew from the job search before the six-month period ended.
- The client received at least one (1) job offer within the six-month timeframe, regardless of acceptance.
- Any fraudulent claims or misrepresentations are detected.
All disputes regarding refunds shall be resolved in accordance with the Governing Law outlined in our Terms of Service.
7. Changes to This Policy Career Agents LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
