What we’re looking for:

A curious mind and love for problem-solving
Strong online research skills (LinkedIn, company websites, tools like ZoomInfo are a plus)
Attention to detail—you spot things others might miss
Comfortable working independently, but also being part of a team effort

🌟 Reverse Recruiter (Career Agent)
This is where the magic happens. As a reverse recruiter, you’ll partner directly with clients, helping them market themselves, network with hiring leaders, and ultimately land their dream job. You’ll be their guide, coach, and biggest supporter.

What we’re looking for:

Great communication skills—you can write clear, professional outreach messages and also have encouraging conversations
Empathy and patience—you truly care about helping others succeed
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client searches at once
Sales or recruiting experience is a bonus, but heart and drive matter most
